News to know
A Humboldt penguin escaped from a zoo in Japan, and people were reporting sightings Monday in a river in Tokyo. The 1-year-old penguin managed to climb over a rock wall that is twice its size. Zoo officials don’t believe they can recapture the penguin if it’s swimming, but if it rests somewhere, they believe they can grab it.
